Meet yOur Coaches
As you might be aware, we are taking part in The Push-Up Challenge from February 11-28, 2025, and would love you to get involved too.
Each participant in The Push-Up Challenge is challenged to complete 2,000 push-ups over 18 days to raise funds and awareness for mental health in Canada.
Sound like too many push-ups? That's okay, you can do alternative exercises too, like sit-ups and squats, or you can choose to do a portion of the challenge instead, like 25%, 50% or 75% of the full 2,000.
It is free to take part and there is a handy app which makes it easy for you to bank your push-ups each day. You will receive a daily push-up target and corresponding mental health facts to keep you on track to achieve your overall target by 28 February.
You can also help our team raise funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association to support mental illness recovery and foster positive mental health outcomes in Canada.
