We are Mo Akins and Sylvia Atkinson who are coaches, Team Canada powerlifters, and women who have been exactly where you are. We have trained women in their 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, and beyond to lift with confidence, build real strength, and finally feel at home in the gym.
